More about Renee:
I was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, where I developed my love for the outdoors, cycling, and Jewish community life. After completing a BA in History at UBC, I moved to Toronto where I married, completed a Masters in Education, and worked in corporate training and education.
While rooted in the values of respecting all cultures and cherishing diversity, I have always been involved in uniquely Jewish community life, informal education, leadership development, and community activism. I spent a summer and 2 years touring and studying in Israel to deepen my learning and connection to this amazing country, its beautiful landscapes, and fascinating people. In 1993, we made Israel our permanent home and have raised our family here exploring, hiking, and biking around the country together ever since.
I would love to share Israel’s layers of history, array of cultures, and diverse landscapes with you!
